Locally Sourced and Responsibly Farmed Ingredients

All our meat is supplied by a Cumbrian Butcher and is sourced only from the finest Cumbrian breeders. All our eggs are free range and cheese on our boards is artisan. Our fishmonger is committed to responsible sourcing and well managed fisheries.
